Download the new software and put it on the main USB page.
Rename the file to update (be careful not to write twice)
Connect the USB to the device and press the power button on the remote control and turn on the device.
The update starts and after the complete injection of the software, the device reboots.
After booting up the device and fixing the problem, update the device with the latest software by following the correct update instructions.

After the Update, please do “Reset Factory” and Search channels again … (don’t use channel backup)
